This form collects information we will use to send you access to the Fetch platform, updates, promotions, special offers, and news. We will not share or sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

*Important Information about this plan

As part of Kickstarter Plan we will create up to 100 social media posts and provide up to 100 relevant royalty-free images. These will be added to your account for use via our social media publishing platform.

This includes royalty-free videos where appropriate; the final mix is at our discretion. Kickstarter includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions or content requests may incur extra charges.

Kickstarter requirements:

A minimum 6-month contract term, and a minimum of 3 users is required for this plan. This means that your monthly billing will be $72 (in total, $24 per user per month, for 6 consecutive months).

All users must agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Data Processing Agreement before using the platform. All prices shown are per user, per 30-day billing cycle. Multi-user discounts are available - please
contact us for details.

Subscriptions are billed every 30 days via Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. We don’t offer partial refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account stays active until the end of the 30-day period, after which it will deactivate and no further charges will be applied.

If you cancel a plan with a fixed term early, we reserve the right to collect the remaining contract balance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When your subscription ends, your account will be deactivated. We retain your data and content for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

Do you guarantee 100% uptime?

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

How does ‘unlimited’ usage work?

“Unlimited” features (e.g. posts, scheduling, account connections) are subject to fair use. We may intervene if automated or excessive activity affects platform performance or other users.

Can features change over time?

Yes. We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. Where possible, we’ll notify you in advance.
